SALES AND MARKETING TRAINING


Our programmes are for Sales Personnel (both new to experienced people) and offer a range of practical "tools" for the planning and preparation of a Sales call. We analyse the conduct of the call itself and examine an effective follow-up procedure. We also include training on Negotiation Skills and where appropriate, can dovetail with the Sales Management programmes.

MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY TRAINING


Designed specifically for Middle and Senior Managers, this range of training programmes seeks to show how the overall effectiveness of an operation can be improved by linking the activities of personnel to the objectives of the company. The development of staff is addressed, together with issues of planning, motivation, and communication.

The courses concentrate on the acquisition and implementation of the principles, skills and techniques required by successful managers everywhere in the world. We also include a Time and Performance Management programme which links into our United Kingdom accredited Management programmes.

CUSTOMER SERVICE


We recognise that many people, who are not members of the sales force, have direct contact with customers and are therefore responsible to some degree for the generation of profit and re-buying within their organisation. Whilst formal sales training is not usually appropriate for these employees, the company can benefit from increased awareness of and confidence in, the interpersonal skills which please the customer. These programmes seek to ensure that each and every member of the organisation can act as an ambassador within the working environment.
