Stephen Byrd has a special gift for engaging his audiences and stimulating people to think. He is an international speaker who has presented his hypnotic sales seminars in countries such as Russia, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, Oman and Bahrain, as well as other countries in Europe. He brings a wealth of practical information to his clients both in the UK and overseas. His professional background lies in major corporations in the UK, with over ten years' experience at senior management level. He has been the number one salesperson in the UK for two different insurance companies and won numerous accolades as a senior manager. He then developed an academic career as a university lecturer in Management Studies at two well-established British Universities.

Stephen has acquired his message through real life experience - he is a highly qualified and experienced consultant. Prior to forming Synergy International, he was the Sales Training Manager for ADT Fire & Security, a Division of Tyco Group of Companies. Whilst there he advised ADT, Modern, Thorn, Sensomatic and BT Security on a wide range of training issues. Stephen Byrd is not only a trained Hypnotist teaching NLP, he has a Ph.D and a Masters Degree both in Business Administration. He is also a Member of the Institute of Personel Development and a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
